Try document automation

Test simple document workflow automation.

Try three examples: email a PDF filling request, generate a filled sample PDF from pasted text, or upload a PDF to check what fields are missing.

Use sample or non-sensitive information only. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical information, or confidential legal documents through this demo.
1

Email a PDF filling request.

Send a short email with sample information. The automation will read your message and send back a generic filled PDF template based on what you wrote.

1
Send an email to Ethan@bestgoleads.com Use the exact subject line Fill My PDF Demo. In the email body, describe how you want the sample PDF filled out.
2
Automation processes the request The system reads your message, organizes the details, fills a generic demo PDF template, and sends it back by email.
3
Review the PDF and try again Open the filled PDF, then send another test if you want to see how different instructions change the output. Check your spam folder if you do not see the reply.

Subject: Fill My PDF Demo

Body: Please fill the demo PDF for Sarah Miller. Phone: 702-555-0199. Email: sarah@example.com. Address: 123 Main Street, Las Vegas, NV. Document type: intake packet. Notes: mark this as urgent and include a follow-up request for missing ID.

2

Generate a filled sample PDF.

Paste a short client message or instructions. Press the button once and the completed demo PDF will download automatically.

This sends one text block to the automation instead of making the visitor complete a long form.
3

Check a PDF for missing fields.

Upload the test PDF. The automation will inspect the PDF fields and show what is filled, blank, or still needed.

Use the same non-sensitive test PDF for the demo. This should be a fillable PDF if you want field-level results.
